Roy’s first job was stocking the pop machine, but by age 12 he was working alongside his dad and learning about the industry. In 1986, eager to follow in his father’s footsteps, Roy took over management of the business, and the rest, as they say, is history.
Roy’s keen business sense saw the need for an expansion. In 1990, the business purchased more property. Roy’s wife Beth began working in the business by first counting inventory and then helping with the day-to-day activities.
Through years of research and planning, the expansion was finally completed in 2004. Roy and Beth invested just under $2 million into a brand-new facility and grew it to over 20 employees. It expanded from a 3-bay repair facility to 7 bays, a state-of-the-art drive-through touchless car wash and two new self-serve car wash bays, as well as a self-service dog wash.
Roy and Beth work together to continue to grow their business and empower their employees through coaching and training to grow along with them.
